The last couple of days have been busy and although I have been exercising, I haven’t had time to write it in here.
Whilst going to hockey practice twice this week, I’ve also done weights beforehand with some boxing in our gym upstairs at the club. This morning I’ve also headed up to spinning!

Recipe: anzac porridge (non-diet version)

Today’s lunch was something I’ve been wanting to try since I saw the recipe on Vegan Lunchbox. I finally found some chestnuts from my local fruit and vegie store and went about making it last night during the roasting of my normal Sunday dinner.

quick and easy bento

I’ve not exercised since Tuesday, I’m actually pretty flat and sore. I’m hoping this changes for tomorrow’s game at hockey but my meals at lunch have been consistent and I’ve lost weight again this week - which is great!

The quiches were delicious and really low in fat. 307 calories for two! The oat pancakes are 167 calories for 2.

fresh start with bikram yoga

This morning was an early start with Bikram yoga at 6 in South Melbourne. Bikram yoga is performed in a heated environment (constant heat at 36 degrees celsius at least). It’s surprisingly exerting and I came away with clothes wet with sweat.

new week with bento…

Had a late night last night and was able to prepare a meal for today quite easily. Today’s number is carrot with sesame seeds, lettuce, egg wrapped in relish and smoked deli slices wrapped in cream cheese. I’ve also got a banana and fuji apple for a snack with iced rosehip tea on [...]
