Apple Porridge With Protein – Overnight Cook

leave this one to cook overnight and you’ll have a nice creamy (yet no milk) version of this porridge. It can be cooked in the morning, on a stove pot as well.

time to make 5 min 3 min prep

Change to:

5/8 cup oats
1 tablespoon Splenda granular
1 pinch salt
2 tablespoons apple pie filling, mashed
1 1/3 cups boiling water
1 scoop protein powder


 

  1. The night before, boil water and add this to a food flask.
  2. Add oats, salt, apple and splenda. Stir well and close flask.
  3. In the morning, mix the protein in and stir well. Serve with flakes of almonds, a dollop of sugar free maple syrup and a dash of milk. (I don’t use the milk!).
