It’s taken me a little while, but I’m sick of eating dodgy and I’ve put on weight. I’m sick of it. Why did I change my attitude? I’m not quite sure. So today, is a new look on the new me. I’m eating to fuel my body and I am exercising to a trimmer me. With this, I’m going to try my hardest to put my foods in here also.

Today’s menu:

  • breakfast: 1 cup rolled oats, 25 grams protein powder, 1/4 cup anlene milk
  • lunch: 150 grams broccoli, 140 grams white potato, 150 grams, sweet potato, 100 grams carrot
  • dinner: 1 cup of pasta boiled, 1 cup mushrooms
  • snacks: 100 gram Evia yoghurt, 6 small strawberries, fuji apple medium
  • drinks: water, coffee
  • calorie intake: 1250 calories

Exercise:

I did get up early to go to Bikram Yoga, but they weren’t open. So today is only hockey practice. edited:

  • hockey practice, 20 mins
  • weights consisting of:
    • lunges, 15 x 3
    • squats,  15 x 3, 10 kgs
    • bench press, 15 x 3, 15 kgs
    • lat pulldown, 15 x 3, ?? kgs
    • BB Bicep Curls, 15 x 3, 15 kgs
    • Tricep Pushdown, 15 x 3, ?? kgs
    • Shoulder Press, 15 x 3, 10 kgs
    • One Arm DB Row, 15 x 3, 5 kgs
    • Leg Extension, 15 x 3, 20 kgs
    • Leg Curl, 15 x 3, 10 kgs
  • Boxing, 15 mins
  • Calories Output: 723 calories
