Buddhist Vegetarian Cooking Classes
Print This Post
I’ve probably mentioned the place in the city before that not only has great meals for lunch in bento boxes, but also has tranquil music playing. It certainly is a great hideout or place to go when you want to get away from what is going on in life or work, it’s called Fo Guan Shuan Art Gallery. The meals here are vegetarian and are very delicious!
I happened to notice that another venue owned by the Buddhist group are holding vegetarian/vegan cooking classes. I’ve always wanted to learn how they create their salads, dressings and the vegetarian chicken nuggets, so thought I’d go along.
Anyway, these start this weekend and I’ll be placing up some recipes and photos (obviously adapted but not copying) shortly after. The course goes for six weeks Saturday mornings….hopefully I can get out of bed in time! ![]()
