Food has not been brilliant this week but I’ve certainly been exercising. I’m trying various things this week to ensure I don’t get bored. I’ve also got a sprained wrist, which makes heavy weights difficult at the moment.

Monday:

  • weights routine with 5 mins cardio between each two different sets
  • burnt over 654 calories, 40% fat - Polar gave out

Tuesday:

  • aerobics session involving sprinting, shuttles, step ups and x-trainer workout
  • burnt 573 calories, 40% fat
