hockey training last night

Well, last night I have never been so close to throwing up whilst training! Due to not training until Tuesday next week, sprinting was a lot harder. We did quite a few 100 m sprints and length of the field sprints.

After the running, I headed in with the gear and did a little bit of a workout as well as working on my technique getting up from a dive and slide.
