last night’s workout

After work, headed back to the gym in Melton. I did a different i-train workout today - itrain set 12 45 mins iclimb. It’s a hard workout getting to level 9 for around 5-7 mins. I burnt quite a few calories on this workout and would recommend it, if you can’t get to a spinning class. The workout today was done on a x-trainer with no arms.
