last night’s workout

After finishing work, I headed straight to the gym for a bit of exercise. I started off on the stepper for using the i-train workout and decided it was too easy. At the 20 minute mark, I moved onto the x-trainer (no arms). This was actually hard work and I was averaging around a 160 HB.

Near the end, I was exhausted but felt great for the awesome workout. I’ve now downloaded a few more i-train workouts to swap around these and will review these as I go along.
