minor setbacks
Print This Post
Headed to hockey training last night with expectations of a big training session but had some setbacks. I did get there earlier enough to use the gym and did my weights workout with some variations. Details have been edited on the previous writeup.
The little setback last night, after doing the beep test and a couple of laps of the hockey field, I started to chat to someone and began choking, feeling like I had something in my throat. I headed to the doctors that night, to be told I have had a spasm in the throat which caused my throat to close and I have inflamed ears. If I have it again today, I need to go back immediately…

Hey there,
Just been reading your diary, been a while. Just read about your throat spasm, gee - hope that doesn’t happen again. Is it treatable or is it a case of putting up with it?
Anyway, I’ll email you properly soon.
Take care and have fun with bento. Gee, your lunches look cool, will have to check out your receipes and that 6 min sponge cake caught my attention, about to see if its easy to make.
Speak soon.

I think I just have to put up with it unfortunately! Hopefully it was a one off and I don’t have to worry about it again! It was quite stressful!
The sponge cake is very easy to make! Any time I want something sweet I just combine the ingredients in a tupperware container and chuck it in the microwave - easy as that!
