I’ve not exercised since Tuesday, I’m actually pretty flat and sore. I’m hoping this changes for tomorrow’s game at hockey but my meals at lunch have been consistent and I’ve lost weight again this week - which is great!

Today’s lunch consists of 2 vegie hot dogs from Sanitarium, Weight Watchers baked beans, broccoli and carrots with a banana and apple on the side. Another healthy lunch which is hearty and filling! :D
