Recipe: Cranberry Sherry Sauce

This quick and simple sauce goes with the Camembert, cranberries & walnut stuffed vegetarian roast, it can also go with meat dishes such as chicken or turkey.
The lemon juice balances the sauce out allowing a not-too-sweet sauce to be drizzled over your desired roast!
Ingredients:
- 4 tbs cranberry unsweetened jam
- 2 tbs dry sherry
- 1 tbs sugar
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- pinch salt & white pepper
- a little water to thin out the mixture
Instructions:
- Place the cranberry jam into the jug and squash down the mixture.
- Pour all the other ingredients in and mix together.
- Microwave for 30 seconds and pour a little water in to thin the sauce out.
- Microwave to warm the sauce again before serving.
