They&#039;re just over 100 calories per roti (101.1).  This can be reduced by using light coconut milk (I didn&#039;t have any at home when making these) and reducing the dessicated coconut if you like. 

But really two of these served instead of rice is still less than the calories of the rice itself!  

To make it healthier you could even use wholemeal flour!</description>
