Recipe: Oven Roasted Oregano Potato Wedges

This recipe is inspired by Grill’d oregano chips. OMG these would have to be my favourite chips ever!Try this out, guaranteed you won’t be disappointed!

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes, 1 – 1.5 per person
  • Dried oregano flakes
  • Salt
  • Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 0.3 onion

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.
  2. Slice potatoes into wedges, smash garlic and slice onion.
  3. Place dried oregano flakes & salt into plastic bag.
  4. Place potatoes, garlic and onions in & shake.
  5. Preheat potatos in microwave, baking for 5-10 mins before placing in oven on oiled tray.
  6. Cook until brown for at least 45 mins.

  • I was planning on having chicken with potatoes tonight…I’ll have to try them this way :)

  • guaranteed you won’t be disappointed. You may want to put a little oil on top for even cooking, but they’ll turn out great! I couldn’t stop eating them last night! :D
