Spicy Cottage Cheese Breakfast

a delicious alternative for breakfast and quite filling!

time to make 5 min 2 min prep

Change to:

2 slices whole wheat bread, sliced thin
3 tablespoons light cottage cheese (I use weight watchers)
1 tablespoon sambal oelek
1/2 teaspoon Splenda granular (optional)
1/2 small tomato


 

  1. Mix cottage cheese with sambal oelek and splenda. Splenda will make this a little sweet if it’s too plain for you.
  2. Slice tomato and place on bread. Top with cottage cheese mixture.
  3. Toast until brown.
