Checking in after yoga yesterday and hockey training last night, I’ve pulled up more than a little sore. Interestingly, my neck, chest, hammys and shoulders at the back are very sore.

Last night, got home a little late for cooking and decided to change the food for fast access. I’ve update yesterday’s details and maybe will be changing tea tonight also, as I’ll have time tonight to cook.

Exercise today will be light, I might do spinning 45 minutes or I may do i-train 45 minutes. I’ll wait and see how I’m feeling at the end of the day…

Today’s menu:

  • breakfast: 3/4 cup rolled oats, 25 grams protein powder
  • lunch: 1 cup oak leaf lettuce, 120 g roma tomato, vegan meatloaf with dressing of cumquats, rice wine vinegar and sweetener
  • dinner: wholemeal pita pizza with bocconcini and mushrooms
  • snacks: fuji apple medium, 1 small banana, possibly boost fruit drops
  • drinks: water, coffee, skinny latte
  • calorie intake: 1143 calories

Exercise:

possibly spinning or i-train x-trainer tonight and if I’m feeling energetic an ab workout.
