Saturday, I was a little tired to do anything apart from the housework. I think the break was a good idea!

Yesterday, was my first practice match and whilst I thought we were playing a L2 team, we ended up playing a team in League 3! What a way to start, but get injured before the game. I saved a ball in warmup and got hit right on the calf muscle. The muscle was tight the whole match and I have a nice bruise to show for it!

The game itself was quite a good one. We were short, but our new players did exceedingly well and we won 4-0. I saved one shot!

This morning, got up at 5 and did my weights again whilst cooking brekkie also! :D I’m very good at multi-tasking!

Felt much more energy, doing the weights and was glad that I had taken a rest. Tonight, I’ll head to the gym and do some cardio!
