More fatigue coming through, as the week ends and I finish my first week on the job with Media Giants. I’m enjoying it, but the long hours and working at the gym and hockey is taking it’s toll on me at the moment. As soon as I can get used to the adjustments I should be fine!
Yesterday, I had hockey training and again needed to just take it easy. My muscles are still very fatigued and it’s probably best just to still go through the work but at a lower pace. I did some casual jogging and sprinting before placing the gear on.

5:30 start today, heading to the gym to do the spinning class. The fatigue was really kicking in at the end, so much so, that I nearly walked out. I pushed through and did 40 mins before a quick shower and heading to work.

Tomorrow, may head to the gym and do my weights. Sunday is a practice match against Eastern L2. Should be interesting, as we don’t have a full side!
