I was little tired last night to head to spinning class last night and decided to have a break instead.
Today, I’m not sure I can head to training tonight as I’m working on getting the AFL newsletters out. So, I decided I should try and do a run at lunch.
Heading out of the office, I ran to Albert Park lake and did a lap before heading back. It wasn’t a bad run and ran my longest I’ve run before - 7.36kms! I was very excited! What’s even better the showers at my office are awesome!
