After yesterday’s run, my hammys are a little sore but I still did spinning class this morning. I’m starting to get a little tired today and glad it’s the weekend tomorrow.

I have a practice match tomorrow at Mentone against Mentone. This is the first L2 match and should be interesting to see how we go. Beforehand, I’ll head to the gym and do some weights and cardio, if I’m not so tired. :D
