I didn’t have to start work till noon today, as we have a late night tonight. So, I slept in and then headed to the gym. It was great to be able to relax and do a morning session.
I did my weights session and then headed into the empty spinning room and did an itrain icycle workout! It was hard work but well worth it. I do think I prefer the iclimb rather than the cycle workouts, just because rating yourself 1-10 on a spinning bike is difficult and I’d rather someone tell me to do a quarter turn or half turn. I would do them again though.
