today’s workout

Well it took me a little while to get into it and because I’m not going to training tonight I made sure I worked hard!

Rather than going to the gym and do some cardio, I did some aerobics at home.

The workout included some boxing, skipping, shuttles, ab work, legs, and a jog at the end before stretching up.

My legs are still quite a bit sore from last night’s spinning class and I’m going to try and get to the one tomorrow morning, before doing some weights.
