Although I haven’t added my workouts, I have been doing them.
Monday, I did a minor one with just weights and the resistance band at home.
Yesterday, I was going to do a spinning class, but glad I chickened out in the end. Training last night was a little more than usual doing the beep test at the start. I got Level 5.8, which is better than my first go by about 2-3. Ok, it’s not brilliant, but I probably could’ve done more but I ate beforehand.
Today, did my weights routine from home and then some wii boxing. Lots of fun.

- sumo squats - 15 x 3, 10 kgs
- DB chest press - 15 x 3, 10 kgs
- DB reverse delts - 15 x 3, 10 kgs

- side reaches - 50 x 1
- side raises - 10 x 2 each side
- plank - 30 seconds x 3
- aerobic working including boxing, kickboxing and starjumps
