Although I haven’t added my workouts, I have been doing them.

Monday, I did a minor one with just weights and the resistance band at home.
Yesterday, I was going to do a spinning class, but glad I chickened out in the end. Training last night was a little more than usual doing the beep test at the start. I got Level 5.8, which is better than my first go by about 2-3. Ok, it’s not brilliant, but I probably could’ve done more but I ate beforehand.

Today, did my weights routine from home and then some wii boxing. Lots of fun.

Today’s details:

  • weights routine of:
    • lunges - 15 x 3
    • sumo squats - 15 x 3, 10 kgs
    • DB chest press - 15 x 3, 10 kgs
    • DB reverse delts - 15 x 3, 10 kgs
    • DB concentration curls - 15 x 3, 5 kgs
    • DB pullover - 15 x 3, 5 kgs
    • DB shoulder press - 15 x 3, 10 kgs
    • DB row - 15 x 3, 5 kgs
    • leg press - 15 x 3, resistance band
    • one legged calf press - 15 x 3, my weight
    • stomach crunches - 50 x 1
    • side reaches - 50 x 1
    • side raises - 10 x 2 each side
    • plank - 30 seconds x 3
    • aerobic working including boxing, kickboxing and starjumps
