A little sore today from doing an extra bit of arm work last night, but it’s a good type of sore, so I’m not really concerned.
Got up today and although, I didn’t want to do too much this morning, I did some light boxing work at home on my boxing ball.
Only burnt about 100 calories, but it was better than nothing. I also did some leg work such as leg lifts and also some crunches etc.
I have training tonight, so I don’t particularly want to work out too hard.
Tomorrow, I’ll be getting up early and doing a spinning class before doing my weights at the gym also…some fairly good workouts though…
