Last night’s training was pretty full on and I decided to make it worse by running eight laps of the hockey field, not the expected four. It was cold, I needed to clear my mind and I just thought why not?
So after doing the laps, we were then asked to do full field length strides and sprints. Near the end of the third session of sprinting drills, I was shaky and slowed down before chucking the gear on and doing some more sprinting and hitting sessions.
Some statistics obtained:
- 2 hrs + exercised
- 523 calories burnt until gear put on (still an hour left)
- 35% fat
- max HB 185
- avg HB 145
Today, I woke up a little tight but was still determined to get the spinning class done. Headed in there and worked through the burning muscles and am exhausted now. I’ll either do my weights later in the day or tomorrow….I think that’s enough for 24 hours at the moment.
Statistics:
- 58 mins including stretchdown at home
- 485 calories burnt
- 45% fat
- max HB 227 ? is that right?
- avg HB 131 (dropped whilst being in the car driving home to stretch)
