Last night, training was quite physical. We did quite a bit of sprinting and I can certainly feel it today in the legs.
Statistics (before putting gear on):

Getting up at 5 again and started my weights, feeling much more energetic and awake then on previous occasions. Am I getting used to it or is it just because of the removal of daylight savings?
I got through my weights and was able to do some boxing as well. Tonight, I’ll be heading to the spinning class, if time permits.
