today’s workout
Print This Post
Today, was a little unenthusiastic about exercising, due to trying to get this looking a little reasonable and the fact it’s disheartening not having a job.
I’m a great worker and very passionate about working but there just doesn’t seem to be a lot out there right now.
I did have to turn down a job, due to contract issues. So I’m still looking and quite interested in a particular role at the moment with some link to sports.
I know I will get a job. I want a job that has great people, that I’ll learn in and develop myself in life and work situations.
Anyway, enough about that….today’s workout was the following:
Wednesday:
- weights routine - burnt 226 calories, 60% fat
- consisting of 15 x 3 (unless otherwise stated):
- lunges
- sumo squats
- pushups
- chest press
- shoulder press
- bicep curls - using resistance band
- tricep raises
- seated row - using resistance band
- leg press - using resistance band
- calf press
- reverse deltoids
- leg lifts 10 x 3
- stomach crunches 10 x 3
- leg reaches 10 x 3
- side reaches 10 x 3
- spinning class - burnt 514 calories, 35% fat
My wrist is a little sore and I have a strained muscle on the same arm now too.
Training tomorrow night and I might try and do some exercise tomorrow during the day, something light! ![]()

Spinning Class??
Aren’t you a little old to be standing in the middle of a room, with your arms out as far as you can, Spinning around till you fall over? *8v/
Mind you, my 4 year old is quite good at it… she might be some competition for you! *8vD

I’m sure she could!
Spinning classes are certainly a killer…but they burn heaps of calories!
