Delicious accompaniement with rice and curries. To reduce further calories, reduce serving size. This is a really large serve and not required if you have rice or other accompaniements.

| 3 | medium potatoes |
| 1 | medium onion |
| 1 | teaspoon turmeric |
| 1 | pinch salt |
| 1 | pinch chili flakes |
| 1 | tablespoon olive oil |
- Slice up onions to onion rings.
- Sauté onions with black mustard seeds and tumeric.
- Dice potatoes and add.
- Add salt and chili to taste.
- Cook slowly until soft.
