Today’s lunch was something I’ve been wanting to try since I saw the recipe on Vegan Lunchbox. I finally found some chestnuts from my local fruit and vegie store and went about making it last night during the roasting of my normal Sunday dinner.

Today’s menu:

  • breakfast: 3/4 cup rolled oats, 25 grams protein powder, pinch cayenne pepper, pinch stevia, pinch cinnamon
  • lunch: chestnut soup
  • dinner: pasta, broccol, chilli, bread
  • snacks: mandarin medium, 1 small banana,
  • drinks: water, coffee, skinny latte
  • calorie intake: 1447 calories
