Today, was my dad’s 60th BBQ party and I was able to make some scrumptious vegetarian dishes. I’ll be posting the delights later in the week, however for the beginning, I’ve got two delicious vegan treats for you all.

The first one is a warm tempeh salad, which is quite healthy but indulgent battered with chickpea/besan flour, roasted red chillies and yellow capsicums.

The second dish is created with tahini and pasta. Something I’d wish I’d put in afterwards is a little spice, it would have been great with this. Either way, I was very satisified for my high carb meal in preparation for hockey training the next night!
