What’s On The Menu: Week Starting 05/11/2007

My diet this week has been going well. Fitness has been a struggle, but I’ve kept to it and also including summer hockey to the list of endless exercise. I did however, start cramping up and got some Mineral Salt tablets to ease this, because sports drinks have calories! Therefore, I don’t want them. Mineral Salts do the same thing but have no calories!

Moving on to this week’s recipes, the salsa pasta was something I’ve been craving for a little while. I decided to go a little further and make some delicious guacamole and nacho cheese! All of this without going overboard with the calories! I suggest eating it on a hot summer night or warming it up with some chilli eating it near a fireplace!

The last recipe is part of an accompaniement from braised tofu with Shitake mushrooms sauce. This recipe will be posted next week however, but as an enticement I’ve written up the cabbage and broccolini dishes! Onto this week’s meals…
