A little news week outside of cooking for me, which most likely mean a happer Mel, is that I’ve resigned from my current role. The people are great and I will totally miss conversing with the Clubs at the AFL, but it was really time to move on to bigger and better things!

On the food front, I’ve got a great light curry on the menu that’s my own creation of a white curry using paneer. Paneer, for those unfamiliar with this ingredient, is a cheese made from milk curd. It’s fairly simple to make, although I’ve never tried. I am thinking I may have to put it on my schedule to try this out and post!

Also on the menu, is some sherry potatoes with cheese and a baked three cheese pasta that reminds me of my time in Switzerland with their wonderful fondue.
