I finally finished up at my old job at Media Giants and now this week starts a new challenge with AFAC who are the council for MFB and CFA in Australia and New Zealand. I’m looking for a new start doing more project managing then hands on web work, so it should be interesting.

During this time, the eating and exercise will still be closely looked at and the past week has gone well. As for food, I’ve made a great few pasta dishes creating a Spanish style one and a light Summer one. Also on the menu, is polenta fries with a parmesan crust which I served with Italian Schnitzel and salad.
