The cold weather is starting to sink in here in Melbourne and this week’s recipes are for those wanting some comfort food.
First off, the french onion soup on the menu, was inspired by a French restaurant in Smith St. This follows the traditional recipe, rather than strayed versions.
Secondly is some vegan “fish and chips,” there’s no fish involved but there doesn’t need to be. If you’ve ever felt like some and you are vegetarian or vegan, you could quickly make up this one and get your fix!
Third up is a gorgeous and simple recipe using roast vegetables! This is definitely one worth making!
