What’s On The Menu: Week Starting 22/10/2007

The last few days I’ve been a little unwell - down with a migraine that took me out the whole weekend. Therefore there was no cooking and very little of anything.

I did however decide that I’m back on the diet, and, back into cooking healthy vegetarian meals with calorie controlled foods. This does not mean I will be skimping out on ingredients or having tasteless meals, it will be the opposite.

The no pasta lasagne is on the agenda this week and also some healthy noodles. I’ll also be making a vegetarian biryani meal with chickpeas. All of these will be high in flavour but low in fat and calories!

Not only have the meals been planned out, but the exercise has been too! I’m going to have a think about how I’m going to track my progress online…whether I start up a seperate blog to ensure I don’t mix this blog up too much or keep it on here.
