If you’re reading this right now, I’m not physically here writing this as I’ve got a game in Albury this weekend. Whilst I’m in Albury, I’m planning on heading to the wineries which include Brown Brothers, Seppelt, Pheiffers and Bullford. I can’t wait and I’m sure, I’ll tell you about it next week.

Onto this week’s menu, where I’ve made a vegan pasta with steamed squash, mustard and lemon. Also, on the menu is a chilli paneer that was inspired from a restaurant in Footscray. For those that haven’t had it before, I’d recommend trying it at your local indian restaurant as it has a slight sweetness and shock of spice!

Last up is a healthy curried lentil soup, focusing on a dahl flavour but with a little more liquid.
