What’s on the Menu: Week Starting 26/05/2008

I’ve been on a bit of a cooking frenzy lately and have got heaps of wonderful recipes that I’m quite pleased with coming up. Some of them very simple to make and others that take a little more preparation. Watch out for some of these great recipes soon.
After having a few friends at my new work checking my site out, I found out that the printing of recipes wasn’t ideal. So I’ve added a new feature which you’ll see on every post to print the post out. This reduces the recipes to text with the images. If you’d like the image removed, let me know and I’ll set this up! Also if you have any extra features or some feedback on this site, please shoot through a message on my guestbook or comment on this post and I’ll respond to you as soon as I can!
This week on the menu is a lovely rice pudding that I was craving, due to being so cold here! It’s the first time making one and I have to say I was very pleased with the result – if I do say so myself!
The next two dishes are a combined meal I made adapting the cutlet recipe from Veganomicon and saffron mash. I recommed trying this alterred version, it’s a little less chewy (not too much) and focus on a cheesy soy flavour.
