What’s On The Menu: Week Starting 29/10/2007
Print This Post

The first week of eating well and exercising has been pretty good apart from last night. I headed out with a mate to World Restaurant Bar in Southbank, Melbourne for dinner.
I’ve been there a few times and every time had a nice meal! Last night was no exception trying the Gnocchi Gratin which was semolina gnocchi with a pumpkin sauce topped with blue cheese. The meal was cooked in it’s own ramekin dish in the oven and was simply delicious! My only fault with it, being that the meal came out too hot and I ended up burning my gum from it! A scoop of gelati down the road helped sooth it though!
Moving on to this week’s recipes, you will see three recipes that are for different times of the day. By trying to eat to a limited calorie diet, I also need to ensure I get my variety of foods for a balanced diet. This does not mean I miss out! As you can see from the recipes below, it’s in fact the opposite with spicy snacks, hearty breakfasts, and indulging creamy mains.
