With the dramatic weather change in Melbourne, we’ve gone from extreme heat to freezing weather. With this, I’ve began creating my soups again and I’ve really been looking forward to it.
Soups are simple to make and you can make a bulk load! The one available this week is great for all of this, but it’s also low in fat, using no oil to cook the soup!
Also on the menu are two other simple dishes, a simple blended pasta dish and a quick risotto.
