Although I’ve been quiet in here, trust me when I say I haven’t been quiet exercising.
Tuesday, I did hockey training with some boxing doing the day - not much mind you but enough! My legs were pretty heavy whilst running and I can’t really explain it. I haven’t done a lot of running or heavy weights.
I have hockey training tonight, so I’ll be taking it easy today as I’ve pulled up a fraction stiff.
